Work across the whole unit

Choose the rooms. Define the connections.

A smaller footprint can still involve many connected tasks. Kirill coordinates the agreed work so preparation, installations and final finishes happen in a practical order, with one point of contact for decisions.

Ceilings, walls & paint

Popcorn texture removal where appropriate, drywall repairs, skim coating and the specified smooth finish before primer and painting.

Bathroom & kitchen installation

Defined bathroom renovation and cabinet assembly or installation, with product, countertop and licensed-trade responsibilities clarified in advance.

Floors, doors & storage

Floor installation and preparation, interior doors, baseboards, closet components and transitions within the agreed rooms.

Before work is scheduled

Building logistics can shape the renovation.

Planning questionWhat to confirm
Who can authorize the work? The owner’s authorization and any association or property-management approvals relevant to the unit. Renters need the property owner’s permission.
When can the crew work?Permitted work hours, noise restrictions and building access arrangements, including any scheduled shutdowns.
How do materials arrive?Parking, loading, elevator reservations, stair access, carrying distances and a place to store the products.
How is debris handled? The approved removal route, collection arrangements and protection for the shared areas affected by the agreed work.
Are windows or shared systems affected?Review exterior appearance, common plumbing or electrical systems and any approval or specialist requirements before ordering.
What paperwork is needed?Ask management about its contractor requirements. A certificate of insurance can be provided for review; confirm any additional requirements before the start.

Occupied or before moving in

Plan for access to the home.

Vacant-unit renovation

Discuss closing, key access, material deliveries and the rooms that must be ready for moving day. Product readiness and scope affect what can fit into the available time.

Occupied-unit renovation

Review bathroom use, kitchen access, furniture, room closures and dust-producing stages. We discuss whether the proposed sequence is practical while you remain in the unit.

A realistic estimate

Budget for your unit and its conditions.

Two units with the same floor area can need very different work. Existing surfaces, floor flatness, bathroom preparation, cabinet products, selected windows and access restrictions all affect the scope.

Before you begin

Questions worth asking.

Do you work with apartment owners as well as condo owners?

We review individually authorized residential interior projects. Share the property type and who owns or manages the unit. This service page does not promise a large multifamily construction or property-management program.

Can you replace windows in a condo?

Selected window replacement was part of the apartment case. Your own product, opening, access and association requirements need review before ordering; exterior-facing changes are not automatically approved.

How long will the renovation take?

The actual scope, building hours, deliveries and specialist work determine the schedule. The condo’s original agreement planned 12 working days, but additional requested work could affect the final timing. We do not use that example as a universal duration.

Can I combine popcorn removal with painting and bathroom work?

Yes, we can review those tasks as one connected scope. The apartment case shows ceiling and wall work alongside a full bathroom, doors, windows and storage.
