Kir provided excellent guidance about how to clean and oil the ipe deck and power wash our stone patio. The outcome was a lovely deck and patio that looked almost new! I hired Kir Remodeling to repair and rebuild my front porch. I am very happy with their work and professionalism. They responded quickly to my inquiry and set up an appointment to review the job. They showed up on time and did not charge me for doing a quote which I appreciated. Their quote was for the labor portion of the work and was reasonable. After determining building supplies they needed, they went to Home Depo to obtain the supplies and called me to pay directly for the supplies. Their work was efficient and well done. They completed the job within a reasonable time and kept me informed about when they would return each day to finish the work. I am happy to recommend this company and will use them again should I need similar work done.
