Kir Remodeling · Austin Area · European Quality
Kir Remodeling helps Austin-area homeowners plan and complete complex interior renovations with one accountable project manager, a trusted team, clear scope, organized communication and a process managed from the first walkthrough to final completion.
Who this is for
This is for homeowners who need more than a single handyman task. If your project touches multiple rooms, trades, finishes or decisions, the real value is in organization and accountability.
We help organize renovation work before or shortly after move-in.
Drywall, flooring, doors, trim, paint, tile and finish work under one plan.
You get one accountable point of contact coordinating the process.
We define scope, stages, timeline, materials and payment structure before work begins.
The real problem
A complex remodel can involve demolition, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, paint, doors, trim, plumbing, electrical, material decisions, scheduling, change orders and daily questions.
Most homeowners do not want to manage six different people, chase updates or guess who is responsible when something changes.
What we manage
We work with a trusted team and licensed specialists when required, but you always have one accountable project manager.
Room updates, layout adjustments, finish upgrades and multi-room renovation work.
New drywall, repairs, skim coating, texture matching, sanding, primer and paint.
LVP, engineered flooring, interior doors, casing, baseboards, crown and finish carpentry.
Bathroom updates, tile floors, tile walls, waterproofing details, vanities and fixtures.
Partitions, openings, repairs and framing adjustments as part of remodeling work.
Plumbing, electrical and HVAC work can be coordinated with licensed specialists when needed.
Our process
The goal is to make a complex remodel feel organized, documented and easier to understand.
We learn your location, situation, timeline and rough project size.
Kirill reviews the home, conditions, priorities and constraints.
We define what should be included and what budget range is realistic.
You receive a clear scope, stages, timeline and next steps.
The team works through the project in phases with coordination.
We review completed work, punch list items and final details.

Owner & Project Manager
Kirill Ostrovskii is the owner and project manager behind Kir Remodeling. He is personally involved in the first walkthrough, project planning, team coordination, communication and final walkthrough.
The goal is simple: give homeowners one accountable person who understands the full project, not just one small task.
Proof of work
Completed projects are used as proof, not as the main product. They show the kind of work and standards that support larger renovation projects.
