Real project · Austin, Texas

One house. A complete renovation scope.

This older Austin house needed work inside and out. Kir Remodeling painted the exterior, built front and rear porches, replaced the old subfloor, installed LVP flooring, painted the walls and ceilings, completed the kitchen and countertop, and installed bathroom tile.

The investor had one team coordinating connected stages of the rehab, from the floor beneath the finishes to the spaces buyers see at a showing.

Before your next rehab

Questions from house flippers.

Can one team handle the whole renovation scope?

We coordinate exterior and porch work, subfloor repairs, flooring, painting, kitchens, bathroom tile and finish work as one project. Licensed plumbing, electrical or HVAC work is handled by appropriate specialists when included in the agreed plan.

How do you keep a flip renovation affordable?

We define the scope early, use a practical finish package, identify sound items that can stay and plan the work sequence. Labor and materials are clear, and materials are purchased by the owner without our markup.

How quickly can you start and finish?

Share the property condition, scope, access, target start and resale deadline. We review availability and propose a realistic schedule after the walkthrough and material planning. Each house needs its own timeline.

Can you review a house while it is under contract?

Yes. Send the property location, photos, the renovation scope you have in mind and any available access dates. Let us know whether you own the property, are under contract or are still evaluating the deal.

Where do you work?

We serve Austin and nearby communities, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown and Lakeway. Include the property's city or ZIP code so we can confirm the location and scope.

Plan your next house flip

Send the property. Start with a clear scope.

Tell Kirill what the house needs, your budget and the timing you are working toward. Photos help us review the project before a walkthrough.

  • Property location and approximate size
  • Existing conditions and the main work needed
  • Target finish level and renovation budget
  • Access, start window and resale deadline
