Budget & materials

Know what your estimate includes.

A useful renovation budget starts with the rooms, the condition of the home and the result you want.

THE WORK

A defined labor scope

Your proposal sets out the work, the stages and what is included. Changes to the agreed scope are discussed before the additional work proceeds.

THE MATERIALS

Purchased separately

Homeowners pay for construction and finish materials separately, without a material markup from Kir Remodeling. Specifications, quantities and delivery responsibilities are clarified during planning.

THE FULL PICTURE

A project-specific budget

Size, repairs behind existing finishes, layout changes and material selections affect the total. Any separately quoted specialist work is identified so you can plan beyond the labor number.

Still figuring out the budget? Start with photos, the rooms involved and your priorities. We can discuss the scope in phases and help identify the next step.

Before you get started

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Your project does not have to be fully planned before you contact us.

What kinds of remodeling projects do you take on?

Our focus is interior remodeling that connects several improvements—such as flooring, drywall, painting, doors, trim and bathroom work. We also handle focused bathroom renovations and selected smaller projects. Share your scope and location so we can discuss the fit.

How much will my renovation cost?

The scope and property conditions determine the estimate. The condo example above had an original $16,500 labor scope; the featured bathroom had a $9,500 labor scope. Materials were separate. Those examples are not package prices. Your proposal identifies the included work and separate budget components.

Who buys the materials and organizes delivery?

Homeowners pay for materials separately, with no material markup from Kir Remodeling. During planning we clarify selections, quantities, ordering and delivery responsibilities so the work can be scheduled around what is available.

Can we live in the house during the remodel?

That depends on the rooms involved, access, dust, available bathrooms and the work sequence. We discuss occupied-home conditions during planning and agree which spaces will be affected. A larger or more disruptive scope may require temporary arrangements.

How do payments and changes work?

Payments follow the completed stages defined in your agreement. If you request a change, or concealed conditions affect the scope, the additional work, cost and schedule impact are discussed before proceeding.

Who handles plumbing, electrical work and permits?

Licensed specialists can be coordinated when required. We clarify specialist responsibilities, applicable permit needs and any separately quoted work when defining the project. Layout or structural changes may also require additional review.

What happens after I send a request?

Kirill follows up using the contact information you choose. We discuss your project, ask for useful photos or details, and agree on the next step—such as a walkthrough. Submitting the form does not book an appointment or commit you to a project.

Who do I contact if something needs attention afterward?

Contact Kirill directly. Workmanship coverage, its term and any exclusions are defined in your project agreement. The final walkthrough gives us a chance to review finishing details and any punch-list items together.
