This Austin project helped transform a standard covered patio into a cozy and more functional outdoor living room by building a new exterior wall.
The new wall added privacy, improved usability and created support for dual mounted TVs, making the space better suited for entertainment and relaxation. Kir Remodeling completed framing, sheathing, moisture protection, siding installation and finishing work to blend the new wall with the existing patio structure.
